Head to the Work In Progress folder here at Bethesda's Fallout 4 mods page and search through them manually for anything with no photo gallery and no description. but if you know where to look, they absolutely do exist - and are even found directly on Bethesda's website. Posting up something obviously called a 'nude mod' in the Clothing or Texture category is a surefire way to get it taken down immediately.
