I’m not that sure how they earn exp, but I’d imagine it goes down the lines off When generals earn exp by their units being in combat, Field Marshals gains some percentage of what the generals.Ĭontrolling so many generals and not being able to just cram all your units onto on guy is probably startling you, but calm down. Not sure if it’s direct, or percentage wise.

Loses 1 rank/level and all of its traits when you decide to promote it to a field marshal. Gains traits at faster than field marshals. Though keep in mind that Field Marshals can earn more exp since they can handle more units.Ĭan only handle 24 divisions at once without recieving a penalty
Not sure if it’s 10 times or 5 times slower, but it’s slower. Can handle an unlimited amount of divisions at once.
